Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of minors without verifiable parental consent, as required under applicable law.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data only for the following lawful purposes and based on your consent obtained at the time of submission of our website forms or onboarding documentation:

  • Right to Nominate: You may nominate another individual who shall, in the event of your death or incapacity, exercise your rights under applicable data protection law on your behalf.
